Mr. Saleh Alhomaidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the State of Kuwait (1996) and has over 25 years of experience in financial brokerage, compliance, clearing, and executive management. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Middle East Financial Brokerage Company – Jordan, and as Vice Chairman and CEO of Middle East Financial Brokerage Company, where he led business review and closure processes in compliance with all regulatory authorities, in addition to corporate restructuring and establishing compliance and regulatory departments, as well as developing electronic trading systems and customer relationship management platforms.

He also served as Head of Compliance at Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC), Secretary of the Board, and Senior Manager of Clearing and Settlement at Kuwait Clearing Company. He began his career as an Accounting Expert at the Ministry of Justice.

He possesses extensive expertise in developing financial and regulatory systems and has participated in regulatory committees in the capital market, in addition to contributing to major strategic projects such as the Market Maker product and the Lending and Borrowing System at Boursa Kuwait.

Mr. Ahmad Alrasheedi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media – specializing in Public Relations and Advertising – from Kuwait University, College of Arts (2020). He has practical experience at the Ministry of Information in human resources management, work plan implementation, and achieving organizational goals. He has also worked in the private sector in asset management and development, future planning for strategic goals, preparing organizational structures, developing governance policies, and monitoring administrative requirements.

Mr. Mohammad Dashti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from the University of Derby, United Kingdom (2010), and a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Australian College of Kuwait (2008).

He currently serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of Real Estate Trading Centers Company (K.P.S.C.) and as Chairman and CEO of Top Industrial Company. He has extensive experience in engineering management, strategic planning, and project management, which have granted him strong expertise in business development and project execution.

Mr. Yousef Aljassim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Swansea University, United Kingdom (2020), with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis.

He has over five years of experience in the construction, trade, and real estate sectors. He is the Founder and General Manager of United Partnership for Building Construction and Property Management, where he established and executed high-quality residential and commercial projects in Kuwait. He is skilled in risk management, financial growth planning, business relationship building, and has strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Dr. Bahaa Aldeen Alseleemi holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the American University (2002), Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom (1999), and in Management from the European Institute of Management (2000), in addition to a Higher Diploma in Economic Management from the European Institute (1998) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Kuwait University.

He began his career at the Council of Ministers (1994–1997), later serving as Deputy Director of the Office of the Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan, and Director of the Follow-up Department at the Office of the Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan for Administrative and Financial Affairs. He has participated in numerous academic and research activities, including preparing economic studies on Kuwait’s public budget and fiscal deficit, and contributing to research projects in Kuwait and the United Kingdom, such as developing economic models for the UAE and studying the relationship between exports and income.
